Reports surface a lot of metrics. The Glossary is the shared dictionary for them — the definition, formula, and caveats behind each number — so everyone on your team interprets the data the same way.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”When a report says “cost per lead” or “qualified pipeline,” the Glossary is the single place that says exactly how that figure is calculated and what it excludes.
